Noo's Padel ("we", "us", "our") operates the padel facility and associated services at 402–416 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
By using our website, signing up to our waitlist, or making a booking, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

- Booking information — court booking history, session preferences, payment records

- Marketing preferences — whether you've opted in or out of communications

Marketing communications
If you signed up to our waitlist or opted in to marketing, we may send you emails about our opening, promotions, events, and offers. Our emails are sent via Brevo.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us at play@noospadel.com.au. We will action all unsubscribe requests promptly.

Discounts & promotional offers
From time to time, we may issue promotional codes or free-booking offers (for example, opening week offers). The full terms and conditions for each promotion are published at noospadel.com.au/terms and form part of the offer. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw promotions at any time.

Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business:
- Padel OS — court booking and facility management
- Brevo — email marketing, communications, and website visitor tracking (see Cookies below)
- Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics
- Google Ads — advertising and remarketing
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads — advertising and remarketing
- Payment processors — to handle transactions securely
These providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our instructions. We do not authorise them to use your data for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Noo's Padel, our customers, or others.

Data storage & security
Your personal information is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Where data is stored or processed overseas (for example, by cloud-based service providers), we take steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with the APPs.

- Google Ads — to track ad conversions and serve relevant ads
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — to measure ad performance and enable remarketing
- Brevo — to recognise returning visitors, link your browsing activity to your contact record once you've identified yourself (e.g. by submitting a form), and personalise our marketing communications

Accessing & correcting your information
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete.
To make a request, contact us at play@noospadel.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time and at no charge, unless the request is complex or repeated.

If you believe we have breached the APPs or this policy, please contact us in the first instance so we can attempt to resolve the matter.
